The Justice Committee began its Stage 2 consideration of the Criminal Justice and Licensing Bill this week, and passed a raft of amendments on the sentencing aspects of the Bill which significantly changed the content and nature of this piece of legislation. In the chamber there were a number of justice related questions to the First Minister. More . . .
