New articles online

Two new articles have been added to our series this week.

In the first, Fergus McNeill, considers how desistance research may inform new ways of thinking about criminal justice social work with offenders. Find his article A New Paradigm for Social Work with Offenders? here.

In the second, Fiona Southward of the Scotth Law Commission, reviews the current discussion paper on sexual offences and calls for comments on it in her article on Making Sense of Rape and Other Sexual Offences here.

Do get in touch if you would like to suggest an article for the site that informs and stimulates thinking about some aspect of Scottish criminal justice from a range of pespectives. For example, we would be especially interested in hearing from practitioners about issues relating to children and antisocial behaviour orders. Contact munro@cjscotland.org.uk .
